FAQs

Consultation & Planning Fee Policy

All consultation and planning fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time and expertise required to review travel requirements, create relocation plans, and provide regulatory guidance.

Payment may be required before certain relocation planning or consultation services begin.

• Fees cover the professional time and work involved in reviewing relocation details, researching requirements, developing guidance, and coordinating next steps.
• Any applicable payment and refund terms will be communicated before services begin.

Pet travel regulations, government requirements, and airline policies may change with little or no notice.

Changes may affect documentation requirements, travel options, timelines, eligibility, or costs. Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation cannot control decisions or policy changes made by airlines, government authorities, border officials, or other third parties.

When changes become known, we will help you understand how they may affect your relocation plan and identify appropriate next steps.

Pet travel regulations and airline policies may change without notice.

Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

  • Government regulation updates

  • Airline policy changes

  • Border control decisions

However, we will make every effort to adjust travel plans when possible.

Because consultation and planning services involve professional time, research, and work performed specifically for each relocation, fees for services already provided or work already begun are generally non-refundable.

If a service has been paid for but work has not yet begun, any applicable refund will be handled according to the terms provided for that service.

Any third-party fees are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the provider that collected them.

Pet travel may be affected by weather, airline schedule changes, government procedures, airport disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation.

We cannot guarantee travel times, flight availability, airline acceptance, government approval, or arrival dates. If a delay or change occurs, we can help you understand the available options and determine appropriate next steps.

Your pet’s health and welfare are important considerations throughout the relocation planning process.

Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation may recommend reconsidering or adjusting a travel plan when available information indicates potential health, safety, weather, routing, or transport concerns.

Veterinary decisions and determinations about whether a pet is medically fit to travel must be made by a qualified veterinarian. Airlines and other transportation providers may also impose their own health, safety, and acceptance requirements.

Tails In The Wind Pet Relocation is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, airline disruptions, government actions, border closures, public health emergencies, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

If circumstances affect a relocation plan, we will help you understand the available information and identify appropriate next steps where possible.
